I love residential real estate at all levels large and small! What matters most to me is not the size of the deal, it is the people that I work with.
Hi, I am Dianne Reppucci Bierman (You can call me “Di”)
I knew at a very young age that I wanted to sell houses one day. I grew up in a modest suburb of Los Angeles. Eventually, my family grew out of the home that I was raised in. It was a very difficult decision for my parents to sell our childhood home, as they were not used to change. They interviewed several realtors and allowed me to sit in on those interviews. To my delight, my father chose a woman realtor who was very well known in my neighborhood. For fun, on Sundays, I would hop on my bicycle and stop in on the local open houses. (Yes, I was that looky-loo). I loved seeing how other people lived, and how they decorated. I had a fascination with everything real estate.
Needless to say, I worked on getting my real estate license as soon as I graduated from high school. I was licensed in 1989. Early on in my real estate career, I aligned myself with the local top brokers assisting them and learning all that I could so that one day I would be at the top of my game. By the early 1990’s I was recruited to help run a small boutique firm that specialized in bank foreclosures. For that decade I was entrenched in a fast-paced, high volume real estate enterprise closing over 100 escrows each year working with JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo Bank, and many Asset Management Companies. By 2000, I was ready for a new challenge and decided to open my own boutique real estate company (Seaside Realty) with a long-time business associate and friend.
We relocated to gorgeous North County San Diego in 2003 establishing ourselves in Encinitas. In life, we learn that change is inevitable, and in 2016 after a great 16-year run in business together, we decided to part ways. Seaside Realty now “Your Home Brokerage”, continues to offer the same exceptional and personalized service that I built my reputation on. Opening my own boutique firm, instead of moving to a larger firm just felt like the right thing to do. I was and always have been in “my sweet spot” running a boutique style company. I wanted to provide a more personalized service for my clients continuing to ensure that I was involved with every aspect of the real estate sale. My commitment to my clients has been to provide them the best level of service possible, which means I will never take on more business than I can handle. My job boils down to helping you through a home buying or selling process that I am truly passionate about. Your Home Brokerage not only services San Diego County, but Orange County as well. I have partnered with Judy Dunning who is a Newport Beach real estate agent and holds many of the same values as I do.
